Oh, another question, hope somebody knows.
I see spearmint tea being mentioned a lot. Is there a specific reason for spearmint? Is other mint tea (like peppermint) the same?

Spearmint is used to remove free testosterone from the blood. Specifically, Spearmint. Not Peppermint. ;-)
It makes a decent tea, you can combine with green tea leaves, and even add lemongrass, for a nice flavor.
Tazo tea in USA makes Zen tea, which has this blend.
