Hi Alexis, surgery was successful. Recovery (dealing with pain) is another thing lol, but that's expected when having major surgery.

Some Progesterone creams have MSM in the ingredients, the amount isn't listed as being a proprietary blend. To achieve the benefits of MSM the dosage needs to be 3grams (or = to 3,000mg).

Some protein or collagen powders have the amino acids needed for breast growth. But...some of these products are ridiculously overpriced and come with unwanted ingredients.
