RR will work very quickly to eliminate the morning wood and most wood anytime there after.
Depending on you age I would think a week would be about right, less if older than 50.
2 caps should be fine, although I dont know about the Amazon brand.
You should notice a calming after a few days and thats when you know its killing off all those nasty DHT's
And the PM can do its job fatser
