Hi Aria, I recieved your relpy...thank you. The tincture is an enhancement to an established program, the timing as when to add and/or try would vary upon the person's goal(s). For myself I used the tincture in year 8 (of 10 years total), which is when I discovered the potential. New science is forthcoming, hopefully in the next few days.
