I have just started and have similar questions. Currently I am a natural 40f and want to grow a couple more cup sizes and enlarge my nipples and aeriolas. I am taking red clover fg dim and a few other recommended herbs at regular doses, and progesterone cream on my breasts twice a day above the recommended dose. Need some guidance.
