Typically a "woman" who would want to grow a penis is not a woman at all.

Further I go with my transition, more absurd and weird it seems that a man would want to feminize his body for any other reason than some form of transition.Having boobs is nice, but the novelty of it wear off with time. Love for breasts does not, so it seems. But as I am a woman and not some fetishist dude who wants to get off of the idea of growing a pair, I guess I am biased to say much on this.

And no, women generally aren't out there discussing about growing male parts down there... But then how there are so many "men" wanting to dramatically modify their bodies to look more feminine?
