ok, so it is now 10 months into my current herbals trial and my 4th week with prescription Oestrogel. Things are Shaping-up nicely... at least I think so... hehehe. I have been Cupping daily now using a 150ml cup, and twice a week with a 180ml cup for 30 mins, that is often 3/4 full. A size 42C bra fits quite well and the swelling will often last about 6 hours.
I will continue to post updates... here is a picture, as I feel not too shy now... using the 150ml cup, which is pretty much full after only 10 mins.
