I was 78kg
I went down to 71.5kg after 2 months purely from core exercise on a yoga mat
Contracted covid and some vacation saw I gained to around 74kg.
After 1 week of core exercise, I am now around 72.5kg.
All my sets of exercise will cost my around 45 minutes.
I used to do intense cycling. 40km under 90 minutes with average of 150bpm heart rate.
1 week cycle around 200km.
2 months can shed around 10kg too.
However with Covid, I prefer to perform core exercise.
So, if you ask my opinion, do not waste money on indoor running or devices.
Get a yoga mat and a pair of knee guard.
Search online/Youtube for Slimming Core Exercise.
Diet wise, my breakfast is now consist of protein shake(to recover from exercise) + more greenies
Lunch and dinner as per normal.
With my current regime, I expect go down in weight, and mainly waist size.
Initial waist size: 35
Current waist size: 32/33
Current waist target: 29"
Final waist target: 27"
