As stated in the title I have been on HRT for some time now, and I know prescription estradiol is always going to be more effective than say phyto estrogens. But I was wondering if there were any herbs that wouldn't take up my estrogen receptors in my body? Or maybe by trying Fenugreek or Raw BO may shake things up a bit and break up my cycle? I know of Fenugreek, Saw Palmetto, BO, Pueraria Mirifica, Red Clover and Milk Thistle. Does anyone know which of these if any i can add to my regime to help? I'm also taking domperidone to help induce lactation too.
