Time for an update, for some comparison the b/w photo pictured (7-8 years ago) is probably a C cup. I mistakenly listed my band size as my bust (what a bone headed mistake), actually my band size is now 36inch, along with a reduction in waist to 34inches and 42inch hips. I do 18-20 intermittent fasting with 10-15 net carbs per day. On average I lose 1 pound per day. Since my back surgery earlier in the year I've lost 75 pounds after being laid up for 10 weeks recovery, it sucked.
