Fabulous.  That’s all I can say.  Absolutely fabulous.

I tried the backdoor PC route with 200mg and it seemed to immediately jumpstart growth and to round out what I had.  It also made it more permanent.  That is, if I went on break I could generally go back to flat-ish.  But not after a few months of PC.  Those girls were there for good  

Also, basic yoga stretches to strengthen posture are great.  I try to do frogs pose a few times a week.
