Hello,
I have been on BO for 6 months now. I have experienced a little bit of shrinkage which I'm ok with and a bit of breast growth. My major changes I'd have to say have started in month 5 that were noticeable.
From what I gather from reading the forums there is quite a bit of different things that factor in. Body chemistry, how much BO you are taking, and if you are taking anything else along with BO. I'm by far no expert nor the best person to ask on this forum, but I can share my experiences on BO.
