Hi all,
I have done some "unstructured" attempt of growing breasts already for about 10-11 months. In the beginning using only Fenugreek powder and Maca powder roughly 3-4 topped teaspoons each a day, half of it in the morning, other half in the evening. I also consumed up 500 tablets of Saw Palmetto, 3 a day. (I can't remember strength of those, as the package is long gone).
My target is to be a "man with boobs" - not to have a full transition. My wife still wants to have a husband, not a "wife". Besides, she isn't quite informed what I have in my mind, as I have explained that the supplements are for "prostate health". Well I think they are it, but I have not told about the expected "side effects"
In addition, I'm taking vitamin D3 5000iu/day, 1000mg fish oil, and a Calcium/Magnesium supplement.
About a month ago I received 10:1 concentrate powder of Pueraria, and also dried & ground Reishi. Then I added 250mg PM and a very topped teaspoon of Reishi powder in each of to those earlier morning/evening loads of Fenugreek/Maca.
I feel some sensitivity and tingling in my nipples, but so far, no dramatic changes. (Only having PM last 4-5 weeks). Most notable difference is that my "morning wood" is gone totally. I believe that Reishi is causing that.
In addition I have made an alcoholic extract/tincture from PM and Reishi, which I use for massaging my breasts every morning and evening.
Today i made a measurement: 100cm under bust, and 106cm on bust. Something, at least. I hope one day I can reach approximately "B" size.
I have attached pictures from the time I started with PM, and will have the next post soon with new pictures. Unfortunately I didn't measure that time.
Last, but not least: I really appreciate this community where everybody can share their experiences!
