Breast augmentation would be the last option in my opinion. In the end it comes down to what you achieved (or didn't) through natural or hrt breast growing methods before one should decide on having breast augmentation.
I'd suggest scrolling through the personal programs sections (hrt too) and gauge for yourself if NBE or HRT is something you wish to pursue past the rice test.
