I’ve scaled back a bit on the RR. About 1800mg in the morning and 1800mg in the evening. More than 12 hrs apart. My body does well but, holy smokes, GTE is aaaahhhhbmmmmaaaaazinggg!! Coupled with D3, I feel like it’s going to help do fantastic things to my body. (Thanks Lotus
