Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but are you still using BS?
1) Is BS safe to use with PM?
2) How much was your dosage per BS tablet, and how much per day did you have in total?
3) Did you feel any bad symptoms from the BS?
I ask because I only just got some BS in the post and the packet says take 2 per day, it's 250mg per tablet but is an extract (and doesn't say what concentration).
