I'm 22 and a Pansexual Femboy.
I've been dressing more Femme recently and wanted to fill out my bra a little more. My bust is currently 86 under/98 over so 36C in UK/US but it looks much smaller, maybe 36A
I've looked at the more medical HRT methods but that is either unreasonably expensive, sketchy or heavily restricted.
The natural/herbal method seems more up my alley, I tried a high Estro diet for a week, not expecting results but just to learn my options. Wanted to avoid Anti-Androgens but that seems impossible.
Would a diet high in estrogens (soy, flaxseed, nuts, cruciferous, etc), with some natural AAs like spearmint tea, Zinc Supplements, and Peony, along with progesterone and regular pumping/massaging result in noticeable breast growth?
