If I am making an effort to grow them, why should I hide them? In my location there are no laws against a woman just being topless, so I don't give it a second thought.
I recently went rafting with a group of about 10 co-workers in a company "team building" outing. I didn't hesitate to whip off my shirt and jump in the water.
Not sure how I would feel if my breasts were as big as yours.
