I was really a bit worried about your health! For D-vitamin 100 micro-grams is 4000 IU. So you are definitely on safe side with the amount you are taking. Just remeber not increase it too much but remember the recognized safe limit. (Another matter: Each vitamin has its own conversion factor between micro/milli-grams and IUs. Be aware of that, as some producers use the weight units, others IU units. Conversion factor 40 is only for vitamin D3)
