I'm not the specialist here on this form but I've read and noticed that your body is going to respond to the changes.
So it's very important to slowly build up. Otherwise your body may start producing more testosterone or you'll end up with higher levels of DHT
Start at least a week with 500mg, then one or 2 weeks on 1000mg
And only then going to 1500mg per week.
After a couple of months you could go to 2000mg per day with taking 1000 before bedtime.
But as I said, there is a big chance your body is going to try to undo the changes it's experiencing.
So you might want to look into stuff like saw palmetto or red reishi to add to your program.
the body of a young girl isn't ofcourse the same as that from an adult male.
We lack growth hormones and other stuff.
In my experience it helps to do HIIT-training and add MSM.
