Growing breast and keeping erections

One thing to consider, is NBE/HRT is not an ala carte ordering system. Feminization just doesn’t target boobs, but your whole body. Fat shifting is a major part of this process. You’ll likely gain feminine hips, thighs, ass, etc. You’ll probably get the pelvic tilt, too. You might lose two inches in height, and maybe two shoe sizes too.

You’ll probably experience the dreaded purge, too. (Most of us did). This is when you start taking PM and when the chemical changes happen in your brain, you say to yourself, WTF  I doing?!!, and throw everything away. A few months later you start craving it again, and you place another big order to replace the herbs you threw away. This can be an expensive situation. I went through it three times.

Since you asked what is better, PM or E2, my take is HRT us better. Personally, I was on NBE Herbs for 4.5 years before I switched to HRT. I’m fast approaching my three year anniversary of being on HRT and I love it. PM is great, E2 is divine.

While I’m on a couple of pharma meds, I’m also still taking a lot of supplemental herbs. Since you’re 51, it was once said to me by this time in our lives, Testosterone has had plenty of time to lock in our male bone structure features, so you might not see a lot of facial feminization. In my case at age 60, this is something I somewhat appreciate. Fat shifting will soften your facial features though.

But, you can’t get the boobs without the butt, and your natural waistline will change. So, be advised this isn’t a quick fad, but a major life change. Personally, I still present as male and I have no plans on fully transitioning. I am at the point however of getting double takes and people stare at mychest all the time. It’s all in how you present yourself.

But, you’ve got years to figure all this out. PM is great, E2 is more better. You’ll probably get several different answers from members here. This is just my opinion.

By the way, what kind of dog do you have?

Not sure what that was, I think it's some kind of ad when I uploaded the image online.   But I have a Cane Corso.

So I do have a video appt today to talk to a DR about getting HRT.  Here is the questions they sent me.   I guess my biggest is can you still get erections and whats all this talk about feeling better on E?   People say mentally they feel much better on it?   So does this mean for 51 years I could have been feeling much better haha.

  • What physical changes, if any, feel affirming to you?

  • If you want to take estradiol (estrogen), how do you want to take your medication? A tablet you take daily, an injection you take every 1-2 weeks, or a patch you change once or twice weekly?

  • Do you want to start at a typical starting dose, or perhaps a lower dose?

  • Do you want to take a T blocker? If yes, do you have one in mind?

  • Do you have any other questions?
