Natureday is a big mix of a lot of stuff. It seems to work but nobody knows exactly how fast, particularly because herbs themselves are unregulated and their power depends on a lot of factors. Still, from what I read, aside from taking pure PM powder, Natureday looks like one of the best (yet expensive) things out there. I have no idea about dosage and breaks in between, sorry.
Happyme is not wrong saying that skinny people have less growth. Boobs are made of fat and proteins, so if your body has little of them it's likely that you'll have very little growth. Realistically you'll get some change in the text, color, and size of your nipples and areola (which is good as it comes with higher sensitivity) and you might get some pointy shape. You do have some very slim chances (pun not intended) to get roundness at some point. I would suggest you look at girls with your built to have a better idea of what you can achieve, then divide their breast size by two.
Am I saying that you should give up? No, quite the contrary. Even with conical small breasts you'll have all the nipple and soft-skin related feelings coming from them, and I am sure that your GF will have a very good time playing with them.
