Hello. I might not have the answer to your question but would just like to say this. I have been taking PM caps for about a month now and also using the Bi-est cream from the last 7 - 10 days. I am very excited to see what changes I see. But what I know is estradiol is stronger estrogen, and even if there is some competition between PM and Bi-est the results should change especially when the Bi-est has estradiol. Again, I might be wrong and only time will tell.
