I am considering this route. I am encouraged by what I have read, but cautious and curious.
I used the Bi-est 2.5 for a while. I knew it worked when my nipples starting getting sore and i got hormone changing related headaches. after i finished up the bottle within a month, i ended up just buying raw estradiol online and making my own E gel.
