How long have you been on this regimen? It sounds like a lot.
You may be able to simplify it considerably.
For me, a basic rule of thumb is to use the minimum to get the desired effect.
But, that's not everyone's plan.
I think that bombarding your system with too many supplements, especially at high doses,
is not necessarily more effective, and may be more dangerous.
Looking forward to hearing other's opinions on this.
In order to maintain functionality, cycle your supplements on and off.
When your performance starts to decrease, take a break for however long it takes to get it back, then start again.
