Going on three years of my program and my breasts are more sore than ever (indicating a current growth spurt). I’ve been told breasts stop growing around the 3 year mark is this true or will they continue to grow indefinitely as I pump and take herbals? To those long term program ppl when / of did your growth stop? Hoping mine continue growing!!
