Thank you.for all the great info and advice.
I am planning to go with pm first and see how I respond.
Bo is more of a last choice option since it is pretty much irreversible at high doses if taken for a long time, or like you said if I decide to transition then I'd go with bo.
I'm going to try pm and see how things go, and depending on how I feel or if I want to progress further or like you said use no to start non prescription transition.
