Gynecomastia  seems to be very common I developed it from medication and figured well l why not try to grow bigger boobs. wife at first was concerned but since it was a medical issue has come to accept them ---bigger is always better as you well know 

My breast growth also started with gynecomastia due to a pituitary tumor knocking out my T production followed by surgery and replacement T therapy.  At first i didn't like my small budding breasts and considered surgery, but realizing that they could come back I accepted that I had breasts and then I soon loved the idea and started doing everything I could to enhance their growth.  

No issues with a wife, I'm long time divorced, and my GF loves my breasts and supports and encourages me to do whatever I can to continue growing them.
