Hi. I have tinkered with PM on and off for a few years but always gave up when the pains started in my testicles. Now I have got to the age when my erections are dying away, I have decided to persevere.
I started using SP daily years ago when a friend who lived with prostate cancer said it was prolonging his life. Then I added FG. Dosages varied depending on what I could get.
Now since deciding to persevere with PM, my daily regime is:
Morning - 500mg PM, 3660mg FG and 1800mg SP. The FGand SP are bigger doses than over the years.
Lunchtime - FG and SP as above
Night - 500mg PM
I don't know if the balance is right but, in the last 8 weeks, my nipples are permanently erect, breasts sore to the touch and areolas have spread.
No testicle pain - so all the more willing to carry on, especially since I love to touch my boobs.
Is the breast pain "growing pains"? Or ought I to check for something else?
I am 5'8" and 152lb - so not a lot of fat to redistribute.
Once I have learnt how to do it, I will post photos .
For now, any guidance on dosage would be welcome.
