I just saw these and thought of them as a bit of a kickstarter to returning to my normal regime after a few months break .
I do use progesterone or should i say phyto progesterone (Natural Diosgenin Gel Extra Strong (Vitababy Care) 250 ml Tube - 64% diosgenin - 80% yam extract - Two Pea size drops massaged one on each breast every other day).
I have to admit I didn't think the progesterone did anything for me at all - i couldn't see or feel any benefits after a good 8 months constant use.
