Hi everyone,
I'm Autumn. I'm a pre-hrt MTF exploring NBE. I'm 29. I've always seen NBE as a stepping stone to HRT, and have dabbled a couple times over the last two years.
Last time I stopped was because of a purge cycle; I threw out my supplements and all my femme clothes at the time. I was different then, and I'm better now.
I've followed this regime since 12/15/2023, and just found this beautiful website as of 12/20/2023. You're all wonderful.
I'm taking:
1000 mg of Puerari Mirifica. (Carlyle brand)
900 mg serving of Reishi Mushroom Extract; 3600 mg equivalent (NusaPure brand)
3600 mg of Saw Palmetto (Horbaach brand)
20 mcg (800 IU) of Vitamin D3
600mg of Calcium
I can fit comfortably into 38A / 38B US bras depending on who makes them and the type.
