Regarding the PM goal dosage I think it's too much. Specially being a concentrate. That brand I know people who got to take 3000mg, although migraines were very present. I think your body will let you know also the limit in that sense. But for sure not 15000mg, maybe it was a typo. In any case, 3 pills maximum.
