I have a question, up until now I have taken 500mg of a pueraria mirifica which contained 20:1 root and stem extract, now I have finally received pueraria Ainterol, and the label tells me that the normal serving is two capsules which would correspond to 1000mg, when in this forum I read 500mg of Pueraria in the case of Ainterol do they correspond to one capsule so?
