I wonder which brand of PM you bought? Not all claimed to be PM are equal in strength, and some of the stuff sold as PM are outright fake.
Assuming that you have "real" PM, you should also have some androgen blocker, such as Red Reishi (RR)., and take also calcium to reduce claimed risk of PM reducing bone density.
There are also other useful supplements and vitamins. For instance, I'm taking also MSM, D3, and B-vitamin complex. All of those are useful additions even if they have only a minor role.
It is very useful to read also what Lotus has written here. She has done really much research and shared her knowledge.
