suggests that it has an anti-aromatase activity (which is also another reason I looked into it, to reduce estrigen in order to lose weight), but it also says:

Conclusions: The extract of Turnera diffusa and two isolated compounds pinocembrin and acacetin could significantly suppress aromatase activity. Moreover, apigenin 7-glucoside, Z-echinacin and pinocembrin showed estrogenic activity.

So it seems to have anti-aromatase activity with estrogen activity.
