Thank you BillyB for bumping this post. Yes, massaging breasts is a great way to get the blood and hormones moving around. Another important thing to note is how fit is your fat?. Meaning, if you're staying active the mitochondria in your cells respond faster because you're removing systemic inflammation. I've attached science articles in this thread (I think somewhere where we lost BigBoobieBen). If you're using progesterone cream (always after you've grown breast buds first) try adding aloe with the PC. Look up "aloe" in this thread to read up how it helps with breast growth... it is quite remarkable.
The breast massage I spoke of is using your plam of your hand(s) and push inwards on each breast, do 10 to 20 reps, then using the same technique push upwards on your boobs at the same reps, then push outwards too. It's quick & easy, you'll definitely fell the massage once completed all steps.
