I see so many different answers and while I know everyone is different as is how their body will react. I'm just curious what a good starting point is for the PG and RR mostly. I have started with 250 twice daily of the BO. Currently taking 500 RR and 80 PG along with my morning and evening BG.
Total 500mg BO per day, just started.
Total 1000mg per day of RR
Total of 160mg per day of PG.
Appreciate any input or suggestions!
