I'm on HRT with BO & PG, and from all the research I've done it seems like the optimal / sensible dosage is BO @ 1500mg/day and PG @ 160mg/day.
There is also lots of discussion around keeping your body temperature up using kelp, which I've never bothered with as I always feel warm so presume my that I have a warm core temp.
From my experience is doesn't seem to do anything unless I'm at that optimal dosage, of which I've been on now for a couple of months, I'm aiming to do around 6-months on BO/PG to see how/if it feminises my lower half, then I'll evaluate if its worth continuing or not.
Results so far seem positive, there has definitely been some fat redistribution, but of course this might be the HRT of which I've been on now for over a year, so who knows?
As you are doing, start off slow, build up and be consistent with it.

Thank you. That's what I had read as well. I'm planning on working up to 1500 of BO and keeping with the same dose on the PG and RR.
