Oh, it's real alright! 

BO flipped my switch in 3 days with 3 LOW doses. BO is not to be played with. 
When I decided to try BO was after reading that a person had to take it for 6 months minimum to flip the switch.
I thought that gave me some time to play around a bit. Wrong. I never took another dose of BO.

That was 1.5 years ago. On the 4th day, my ability to get an erection severely decreased. 
Sperm production was about 5 drops of clear fluid. This sudden change freaked me out.
Over the next few weeks, my testes shrank a little bit and my muscles got significantly weaker. 
I lost interest in cross-dressing and sex in general. 
I lost my feminine feelings and basically felt asexual.
All the fun of growing breasts and being a woman, gone.

Now, 1.5 years later, some of my sexual feeling and feminine feelings are slowly returning.
Erections and sperm production are still down at the same level it first occurred.
I do believe that my breasts and butt have continued to grow, slowly.

Anyway... it is real... be forewarned.
It is a mistake to think you can just dip your toes in the BO water (maybe you can, maybe you can't). 
My recommendation is bio-identical Estrogen & Progesterone, which I know is effective and controllable.
