I don’t know much about all these different types diets and different ways of eating. But I know the way my wife changed my diet really works for me and it’s not a diet. We eat mostly salmon and shrimp, grilled chicken, vegetables, lettuce, vegetables, nuts, fruit, berries. We eat absolutely no potatoes or white foods. WE ALSO EAT NO COOKIES, CHIPS, FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS. I have lost 56 pounds in 8 months.
