I would agree that there is a point of no return for BO,as for the permanence of BO, idk. If it were so permanent and effective why would someone pay a doctor 10's of thousands of dollars a year for drugs, blood work and countless checkups. But maybe it is permanent and doctors don't want us to know.

From personal experience, I started BO because of the efficiency and low probability of negative health effects such as DVT and blood clots, as experienced with PM with some people. Not to say PM isn't a good option, I just figured I didn't want to chance dying for bigger breasts, even the the probability was low.

Almost 2 years on BO and I can easily present as male and with some light makeup and a good wig I can present as female. My sex drive is low, but it was low before I started. I now take a low amount of BO as a maintenance program along with some orchic Glandular to help with testosterone production, gotta have T for the BO to convert it to E, hopefully I am producing enough free T to convert to E.

I do think I do present as a female fairly well, maybe not the prettiest but that's ok too.
