Hello every one, 

I am planning on improving my already natural 38B boobs with HRT.  I came across the flat2fem (dot) com program.

Anyone has already tried it?

While I am waiting for my PM, I am taking the following daily plan based on their recommendations:

2x Fenugreek caps (2x 610 mg from the Vitamin Shoppe)
2x Red Clover caps (2x 430 mg, same store)
1x Saw Palmetto (320 mg, same store)

I plan on adding Progest cream after 2 weeoks into the program. 

Any comment? Has anyone tried it already?
