Actually, it is more a receipt that a ready-made product.
I am especially wondering whether it is working or not. I get my ingredients from the Vitamin Shoppe in the US which is, I think, a decent place to buy from.
I read various comments about Saw Palmetto which is sometimes encouraged and sometimes not as it may counteract the effects of estrogen pills.
Any comment or hint?
