Lotus had just told me to add it to me regimen which I'm doing. After reading all of that it seems for every plus there is one that contradicts it but only in effects not so much in safety. Far too many people here have had good results from using it and I'm comfortable with that. There is an inherent risk for any of us taking any one or any combination of NBE supplements or using any product.
