I've been using IKARE pump and babybuddha pump with a 10mm attachment found on amazon (not the insert).
I also use and really like "Master Series Nipple Amplifier Enlargement Bulbs with O-Rings" from amazon.
I did experience slight permanent growth (1/16" diameter growth) but nothing since.
About a month ago I started putting oestrogel on my nipples after reading about a study but I haven't had any growth from that
