You need to re-evaluate taking PM! Those cramps might be a DVT symptom!

I had this happen while on PM, back then I also smoked and I have naturally thick blood. That was a major scare as I'm not planning dying to a blood clot. How painful it is? Mine got so bad as to keep me awake at night, major scare. Stopping PM for a while and or going on lower dose helped. Obviously switching to conventional HRT assisted with all the hormone magic we talk about here solved this issue.

You can try lower your dose or take a break and see if the cramps go away. This is something you don't want to take a risk about, so be careful.

Thanks for responding. I appreciate the advice. I actually thought about a short pause to see if things improve. I’m on 1000 mg a day, which seems to work well for me. I know I had some issues after switching to this brand due to how potent it was. I had a great deal of elevated anxiety. So perhaps it’s related. I had a round of blood work done last month and there were no elevated signs that concerned the doctor. We talked about switching to HRT, but I’m just not ready for that. I know that’ll change in the future. 

Overall, I’ve been very happy with PM, and I’ve had many fem changes.
