Hi Ninja, thank you very much for your words    . Yesterday i did the operations ( tiroplasty and vaginoplasty ) at the same time. I had some fear about me but above all for my parents, the last thing that i would do is to make pain to them.) 
All cost 12700€ so i asked some credit to make it
I am well, a little pain when i did a kegel in a daydream   but i am ok. And a bit of sore throat when i gulp.
I don't know the achieved depth yet,  but i was circumcised and the vaginoplasty has been by penil inversion.
I am with urethral probe.

Edit: A doctor has said me some minutes ago that the deptht of vagina is between 12-14 cm , not bad.
Two doctors have remove the tape (no pain) and tataaaan, there is nothing hanging ?.
I have not seen too much, but i am very happy, it is a dream that has became in true. ?
When they remove the urethral probe (next week) i will upload a photo here.
