Hi Palichuck,
From my personal experience with BO. My goal was to try it for a few months and if nothing happened I would reevaluate, if I started developing changes I would continue for a year and reevaluate again. Well it was working for me after a few months so I continued.
My goal is not to transition but to develop feminine curves and turn moobs to breasts, the pelvic tilt was something I learned about later. It's been almost 24 months now and I can still present as a man but I can also present as a female, probably not the prettiest but I get called ma'am when going out as a female.
Before I started BO I enjoyed dressing up pretty and that still continues. I still have no intention to transition nor do I forsee a transition for me in the near or distant future. As for sexual urges and desires, I still have them, it's just very difficult to maintain an erection without Rx help, I still have plenty of ejaculate but it is definitely thinner in consistency.
When I started BO I thought I could put and end date on it, but I did not realize how it would affect my mood like it has, I don't mean in a bad way, I don't have mood swings, I just feel calmer even in stressful situations, and my job brings me into some high stress environments, so I have continued on what I call a maintenance regimen that seems to work well for me, besides I really don't want my figure to revert back, my curves are still getting more defined.
I would say my biggest struggle was weight, I was struggling to keep it off and not gain weight, now that I have lowered my intake I have lost 30 lbs and my curves are starting to really take shape.
I am not sure if my answer helped, one thing to consider is it effects some of us differently than others.
