I don't know your doctor but they are all trained professionals, I am sure she won't drop you as a patient, she may say that OTC supplements that you mentioned may not work and could cause other complications and say you should consider HRT under a doctors supervision and refer you to a therapist and a specialist. That's just one scenario, but dropping you as a patient is highly unlikely.
