I took one 550mg capsule a day for 5 days and my stomach was aching.  At first I thought it was hunger but I found that wasn't able to eat much before feeling very uncomfortable.   It turned out to be blood clots in my liver.  I spent 4 days in the hospital on blood thinners.  I'm feeling better now after several weeks but I am still on blood thinners indefinitely.  No more PM for me.  Listen to your body and check with your doctor.

Yikes, to have such a reaction on such a short time period, clearly, your body can't tolerate PM. None of these herbs are tested or regulated, so be careful. So glad to hear you are doing better and yes, always listen to your body!
